Welcome to TradeJodo. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, browsing, or using TradeJodo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available only to businesses and individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using TradeJodo, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your business.

3. Business Listing & Verification

Businesses must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You authorize us to verify your business credentials, including GST number and address. We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listing that violates our policies or laws. Premium listings are subject to additional terms.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to post false, misleading, or infringing content. Harassment, spam, and unauthorized advertising are strictly prohibited. You may not scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform. Any violation may result in immediate account termination.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees with prior notice. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your payments.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on TradeJodo, including logos, designs, text, and code, is the property of TradeJodo or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

TradeJodo is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not control the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or transactions conducted through it. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TradeJodo harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination shall remain in effect.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We encourage informal resolution first via our support team.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our site. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
